Westbourne Hall
Westbourne Hall is situated in a quiet spot, on the edge of beautiful Ashton Park (Green Flag awarded) and not far from West Kirby beach and Marine Lake. It is run by Westbourne Hall Community Trust, a self-financing charity who run and operate the Hall, having moved from Council control at the end of 2013.
The Trust, all volunteers, aims to make the Hall available for a wide variety of exciting events and enjoyable and healthy activities for all sectors of the community whilst safeguarding the future of this valued venue by establishing it as a self-supporting organisation.
Westbourne Hall Community Trust is a charitable trust run by a board of up to 11 Trustees. Of these, 4 are elected annually by Hall User Groups. Another 4 are Trustees are elected by virtue of their particular management skills, The Board has the power to co-opt a further 3 trustees for their skills and interests. The Trust accounts are audited and submitted annually to the Charity Commission.
